By Faith Homes, LLC is a Community-Based group home licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.  By Faith Homes was founded by Health Professionals (Nurses) who have a passion to provide services to individuals who have Intellectual and Developmental Disorder diagnoses.  The Mission of By Faith homes is to promote independence and dignity in a safe, loving and caring environment.

The purpose of By Faith Homes, LLC is to provide a structured home and community-based environment to individuals who have Intellectual Disabilities and Developmental disorders.  We will provide general and specialized supervision to assure health and safety on a daily basis.

Our Philosophy is to assess the needs of the individual’s health and welfare utilizing a person-centered approach.  A Person-Centered individualized services plan will be established to address the uniqueness of each individual.

Our primary goal is to provide the skills, training and support that will empower individuals with ID/DD; allowing them to live, work, recreate and socialize in the community.
